The assembly of each steel part is interlocked together before welding for maximum strength.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOften an issue with OEM style mounts the rubber can be forced out of its socket or the shocks have poor articulation during full suspension travel. Once this occurs \u0026amp; if gone un-noticed, this can cause the bolts to shear off the chassis. Any binding that the bush encounters will cause the shock to operate well below its optimum.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese are also prefabricated with two mounting hole positions to enable more shock travel which is often an issue for Mustangs with a lower stance. This enables the shock travel to be increased by 1 inch or 25.4mm \u0026amp; reduce rear droop on lowered vehicles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese are strong enough to accept rear coil overs or run as a non-coil over \u0026amp; have been designed to handle rally conditions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe clevis bracket accepts a 7\/16-inch diameter bolt.
